All sales are final. Needlepoint West does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Shipping protection is available at checkout and is strongly recommended. Needlepoint West is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If shipping protection is purchased, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages may be submitted through the shipping protection provider.
