Mountain Stitch Weekend

Come solo, bring your bestie, ski all day or stitch by the fire. We’ve put together a loose itinerary of places to meet, mountain adventures and plenty of time to make the weekend your own.

The Weekends Events

  • Friday January 29th

    3–5 PM · Après-Ski Stitching
    Kickapoo Tavern

    Arrive when you can and kick off the weekend with drinks, stitching and good company. Grab a drink, pull out your current project and come meet everyone, ski boots welcome.

    5–7 PM · Dinner
    Montezuma Roadhouse

    Stick around for dinner with the group or make your own plans around Keystone. Order what you’d like and settle in for a cozy mountain-town evening.

    7–9 PM · Ice Skating Under the Lights
    Keystone Lake

    End the night with a few laps around Keystone Lake under the lights. Skate with us, watch from the sidelines with a warm drink, or call it a night whenever you’re ready.

    Friday is completely casual — join us for one stop or all three.

  • Saturday January 30th

    7–9 AM · Coffee + Breakfast
    Inxpot — or choose your own

    Ease into the morning with coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. Meet us at Inxpot, sleep in, or find your own favorite breakfast spot.

    Ski · Spa · Snowshoe · Tube · Stitch

    This part of the day is completely yours. Hit the mountain, book a spa treatment, go tubing, explore Keystone or find somewhere cozy and stitch.

    2 PM · Sleigh Ride + Dinner
    Ticketed Experience

    Bundle up for our big Saturday adventure: a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snowy mountains followed by dinner. Advance ticket required.

    8 PM · Late-Night Drinks
    Snake River Saloon

    Not ready for the night to end? Meet us at Snake River Saloon for drinks and one last Saturday-night hang.

  • Sunday January 31st

    9–10:30 AM · Brunch
    Lula’s at Kindred — or choose your own

    Sleep in a little and meet us for one last cozy meal together. Join us at Lula’s, find your own brunch spot, or take the morning at your own pace.

    11 AM · Snowshoe
    Keystone Nordic Center

    For anyone sticking around, we’ll finish the weekend with one last mountain adventure at the Keystone Nordic Center. Rent snowshoes, bundle up and join us for a snowy wander before heading home.

    Afterward · Head Home Whenever

    Stay in Keystone a little longer, sneak in a few more mountain hours or start the drive home.

TICKETED EXPERIENCE

Sleigh Ride + Dinner

Saturday · 2 PM

Bundle up for a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snowy mountains, followed by a cozy dinner together.

This is our one ticketed group experience of the weekend.

    Keystone is about 90 miles west of Denver.

    Give yourself extra time for winter weather and Friday I-70 traffic.

    This is an informal community weekend, not an all-inclusive retreat. Lodging, transportation, meals and activities are booked individually unless specifically noted.
